ISSA Kazybek Zharylkasynuly
Member of the Committee for social and culturall development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born on April 23, 1962 in the Turkestan region, Zhetysay district, Pervomay village.
Higher education:
In 1984, he graduated from the Abai Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Art and Graphics.
Work experience:
He started his career in 1984 as a teacher at the General Secondary School "Kyzylkum" in Shardara district.
1991-1993 – Head of the department of the republican newspaper "Zhas kazak".
1993-1994 - Editor of the department of the republican newspaper "Orken".
1994-1998 - Head of the department of the republican newspaper "Zhas kazak".
1998-2000 - Vice-president of the publishing corporation "Kazakparat".
2000-2009 - Director of "Zhas Kazak" LLP, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Zhas kazak uni".
2001-2021 - Director of the publishing house "Turan", editor-in-chief of the magazine "Zhuldyzdar kupiyasy".
2009-2013 - Director of "Zhas kazak" LLP, Chairman of the Board of Editors of the newspaper "Zhas kazak uni".
2012-2021 - Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kazakhstan "Ak Zhol".
2013-2020-President of "Kazak uni" LLP, Chairman of the Board of Editors of "Kazak uni" newspaper.
Since 14.01.2021-Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VII convocation.
Since 2019-Member of the Council of the National Public Trust under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The total work experience is 37 years, of which 30 years in senior positions.

He is the jubilee medals holder of "Kazakhstan Republikasy Tauelsizdigine 20 zhyl", "Kazakhstan Khalky Assambleyasyna 25 zhyl "and various medals" Ana tili","Meyirim".

He is the first recipient of the International Award and Order of the S.A.Yesenin «Golden Autumn» in Kazakhstan.
He has the honorary titles "KR Madeniyet kairatkeri", "KR Akparat salasynyn uzdigi", "Kazakh journalisticsynyn kairatkeri", "Ult kairatkeri", "Til zhanashyry".
In 2017, he participated in the World Poetry Festival in Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia, and was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the World Congress of Poets.
Winner of the Grand Prix of the republican contest of poets dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana.
Since 2017, he has been an academician of the UNESCO World Academy of Arts and Culture.
Member of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan. Member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is married and has four children.
