ADAMBEKOV Tilektes Serikbaiuly
Member of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Mr. Adambekov was born on January 1, 1989, in the village of Aktogay (Karaganda region).
Studied telecommunications at Tongji University (Shanghai, China) under the Bolashak International Scholarship Programme. Obtained a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) program of Nazarbayev University's Graduate School of Public Policy.
A member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English, and Chinese.
Married, raises three kids.
Mr Adambekov started his career in 2015 as General Director of Kazakh-Chinese Centre of Cooperation Silk Road LLP.
From November 2016 to April 2017 worked as Managing Director for Investments and Partnerships at Astana Innovations JSC.
From May to September 2017 – Deputy General Director at the City Development Centre for Investment «Astana Invest» LLP. In September 2017, he was promoted to the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board.
From January 2018 to February 2020 was employed as CEO of the private company Eurasia Blockchain Fintech Group Limited.
From February to August 2020, T. Adambekov worked as the Executive Director for IT-Infrastructure at Kazpost JSC.
From January 2021 to January 2023 – a Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the «AMANAT» Party Faction.
From March 2023 until now – a Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the «AMANAT» Party Faction.
