SMYSHLYAEVA Ekaterina Vasilievna
Secretary of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Smyshlyaeva Ekaterina Vasilyevna was born on February 8, 1982 in the Kostanay city of Kostanay region.
Graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with degree of «Chemist», master's degree in Chemistry (computer Chemistry), postgraduate studies at KSU named after Nekrasova, majoring in Social Pedagogue and Psychology - a chemist, Master of Chemistry, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, ASIAMT retraining in the specialty «Health Economics».
She started her career as a chemistry teacher at the KSU named after A. Baitursynov in 2003.
From 2003 to 2008, she worked as a teacher, senior lecturer, deputy director of the Agrarian and Biological Institute, chief specialist of the Department of Analysis and Monitoring of the Department for Youth Work of the State Institution of the «Department of Internal Policy of Kostanay region».
From 2008 to 2013 – Executive Secretary, Chairman of the Kostanay branch of the Republican Public Association Youth Wing «Zhas Otan», Director of the Regional branch «Zhas Otan Foundation» in Kostanay region.
From 2013 to 2015 – Deputy Chief Physician for Marketing and HR of Kostanay Perinatal Center.
From 2016 to 2021 – Chairman of the territorial association of trade unions «Trade Union Center of Kostanay region».
From 2012 to 2021 – Deputy of the V-VI convocations of the Kostanay regional Maslikhat, chairman of the standing committee of the Maslikhat, head of the AMANAT party faction in the regional maslikhat.
Over the years, she taught at the KSU named after A. Baitursynov, Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2023 – Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VII convocation on the party list from the AMANAT party, member of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development.
From 2023 to the present – Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VIII Convocation on the party list from the AMANAT party, Secretary of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development.
She was awarded the certificate of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the party medal «For best Activity», The Professional Award «For active work in the trade union».
