BAKHTIYAR Serik
Deputy Head of the Administration of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Serik Bakhtiyar was born in 1985, in Saryagash district of the South Kazakhstan region. In 2007 – graduated from the Karaganda Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after B. Beisenov, with a degree in Law. In 2010 graduated the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree “Master of State and Local Administration”.
2003-2010 – Service in the Internal Affairs agencies;
2010-2012 – Expert of the Department for the Protection of State Secrets of the Office of the Prime Minister the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2012-2013 – Chief Expert of Control and Documentation Department of the Office of the Prime Minister the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2013-2016 – Assistant of the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2016-2017 – Advisor of the Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From April to August 2017 – Deputy Chief of staff of the Akim of the Karaganda region;
From September to November 2019 - Acting Deputy Head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since February 3, 2022 – Deputy Secretary General of the Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Awards: medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (2020) and 3 anniversary medals.
