MAMASHEVA Indira Beisembekovna
Deputy Head of the Administration of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Indira B. Mamasheva was born in 1977, in Almaty. In 1998 – graduated Kazakh National University after Al-Farabi with a degree in “Specialist in international relations, a country expert with knowledge of two languages”.
In 2005 – graduated Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov with a degree in Law. PhD in Political science (2003).
From April to June, 1998 – Manager of the Kazakh-Japanese enterprise “Interlux”.
1998-1999 – Manager of the 2nd category of the department for holding presentations, international conferences and exhibitions of the Republican State Enterprise “KazInvest” Investment Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
1999-2002 – Senior manager of pre-publishing work at “KazInvestConsult” LLP;
2003-2004 – work under a fixed-term employment contract in the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2004-2007 – Chief expert of the Department of Information-Analytical Work of the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2007-2009 – Chief consultant of the Department of Information-Analytical Work of the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2009-2012 – Head of the Department of Information-Analytical Work of the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From July to November 2013 – Deputy Director of the Department of Analysis and Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2013-2017 – Vice President of the Center for International Programs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From February to December 2017 – Deputy Director of the Center for Political Analysis and Strategic Studies;
2017-2019 – Head of the Office of the fraction of the Nur-Otan party of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2019-2022 – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the N. Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Inter-civilizational Dialogue;
Since February 4, 2022 – Deputy Secretary General of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awards: medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin” and an anniversary medal “Kazakhstan Respublikasynyn tauelsizdigine 20 zhyl”.
