He was born on August 19, 1972.
Higher education: graduated Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Philologist, teacher of the Kazakh language and literature. Candidate of Philological Sciences.
From 1995 to 1998, he worked as a junior researcher at the M.Auezov Research Institute of Literature and Arts at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1998 to 2002, he worked as a leading specialist in the main editorial office of the «Kazakh Encyclopedia», scientific editor of the «Arys» Foundation for the Study of the Heritage of the Repressed Intelligentsia of Kazakhstan (Almaty).
In 2002-2004, he was the editor–stylist of the «Zhana Kun» creative association of the Republican Corporation Television and Radio of Kazakhstan CJSC, editor of Inform-A LLP, editor-in-chief of Atlas-2001 Publishing House LLP, Deputy Director of Globus Publishing House LLP (Almaty).
From 2004 to 2009-editor-correspondent of the newspaper «Kazakhstan temirzholshysy», correspondent of the newspaper «Aikyn», Head of the correspondent point of the newspaper «Aikyn» in the city of Astana «Liter Media» LLP.
From 2009 to 2017 – consultant, head of the sector of the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2017 to 2019 – Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2022 – Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Head of the Office, Head of the sector of the General Department of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
In December 2022, he was appointed Head of the Editing and Expertise Department of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the «Yeren Enbegi Ushin» (for valiant work) medal and seven commemorative medals.
