Biography
TOLYKBAYEV Maxat Malikovich
Member of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on April 11, 1988 in the village of Kurchum, Kurchum district, East-Kazakhstan region.
He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2010.
In 2016 he completed his master's degree at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and became a Master of Sociological Sciences.
In 2020 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the S. Amanzholov East- Kazakhstan State University.
Between 2009-2010 he worked as a presenter, editor in the program "Zamandastar" of channel 31.
Between 2011-2019 he was a correspondent, announcer, editor of the news service "Informburo" channel 31, in Almaty.
2019-2020 – presenter, editor of the weekly analytical report "Basty bagdarlama" of the First channel "Eurasia", Astana.
2020-2022 – presenter-producer of the political and public talk show "Ashyk alan" in JSC PTPK "Qazaqstan".
Since 2022, the host of the political and public talk show "Bizdin Maksat", in JSC "Agency "Khabar", Astana.
He was awarded the Order of "Kurmet" (2021).
Winner of the grant of the President of Kazakhstan in the field of mass media (2021)
The winner in the nominations "Best TV presenter-2016", "Halyk suyiktisi-2020", Adal tulga-2021".
Member of the AMANAT party.
Since March 28, 2023 – Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the eighth convocation on the party list.
He is married and has three children.
