Biography
ISKANDIROV Mukash Zulkarnaevich
Member of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Kazakh, born on November 7, 1960 in the village of Chernovodsk, Sairam district, Shymkent region. His native language is Kazakh and he is fluent in Russian and English.
Higher education: He graduated in 1982 from the Kazakh Institute of Chemical Technology, specialty "Technology of inorganic substances and mineral fertilizers". Graduated the military department of the institute, senior lieutenant of the reserve.
After graduating the institute in 1982 as a young specialist he was sent to Dzhambul (Taraz) to the Novodzhambul phosphorus plant, where he began his career as a foreman in the shop for the production of yellow phosphorus. In 1986 he was appointed as Head of the Yellow Phosphorus Production Shop No. 5. He was elected as a dismissed secretary of the party committee of the plant from the post of Head of the Yellow Phosphorus Production Shop No. 5 in 1988, worked until 1990. In 1990 he was appointed the Head of the Yellow Phosphorus Production Shop No.4, 1992-1996 - Deputy General Director for foreign economic activity and sales. 1996-1998 - General Director of Argo LLP. 1998-1999 - Director of NDFZ Production Cooperative.
Since 1999, starting from Kazphosphate LLP establishment, he has been Director of the branch of Kazphosphate LLP (NDFZ). In 2000 he was appointed as Director of Marketing and Sales Department of the company (Almaty), Since 2002 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kazphosphate LLP for Marketing and Sales, 2005-2021 - General Director of Kazphosphate LLP.
Married, has 2 children and 12 grandchildren.
He went through all stages of production - from shift foreman of the yellow phosphorus shop to the General Director of Kazphosphate LLP.
Awarded with government awards:
2005 - commemorative medal for the 10th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2008 - with the Kurmet order;
2011 - awarded a commemorative medal for the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2013 - recipient of the Parasat Order;
2013 - he was awarded the badge of honor "Khimiya onerkasibinin uzdik kyzmetkeri" for more than 30 years of work in phosphorus production;
2013 - 1st place in the "Best Rationalizer of the Year" nomination;
2014 - medal of Nur Otan "Eren kyzmeti ushin"; Commemorative medal - 20 years of Maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2014 - "Honorary Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan" medal.
