Member of the Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on February 27, 1992 in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
In 2010, he graduated from secondary school No. 11 in Novodolinsky village, Shakhtinsky district, Karaganda region.
2010 – 2014 Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, awarded the academic degree of Bachelor – in the specialty «philology».
